Remember to meet at Miller Middle School for art and music.
We will be attending the Durango Arts Center performance of Xanadu Monday afternoon.
The Outdoor Pursuits Group will be climbing at the Rock Lounge.
After-School Gifted Enrichment begins Monday!! Please call to sign up your child if they are interested. You are welcome to share with others, this program is open to the community. All Liberty School students may take one class free of charge!!

UPCOMING EVENTS
Bake Sale for Koki will start after 9am at (location update) Buckley Park!!!! Koki lives in Kenya, Ms. Pam's social studies class adopted Koki. They communicate with her and contribute to her support. The class will be holding a bake sale to raise money for Koki and her family. All Liberty students are welcome to bring baked goods to sell at the bake sale Friday. We also accept cash/check donations. If you would like to contribute for one month of her care, the cost is $35.00.

Thursday, April 23rd
Liberty Science Fair will be held at school on April 23rd. Expect more details in an email from your students science teacher.
Friday, April 24th
Parent Coffee will be held at the Durango Joe's on College Ave. at 8:00 am.

Reading Buddies
We are continually in need of volunteers to help us with our Oral Fluency Program. Please tell your family, friends, and neighbors we would LOVE to have them help our students practice their oral fluency skills by reading to a volunteer. They can come any time Tuesday through Friday from 12:25-12:50. It's a unique opportunity to help our kiddos strengthen their reading skills.
